We do NOT advocate nor do we sell or structure complex tax avoidance schemes - our experience of these is that many of them cost significant sums in set up fees, and in reality do little if anything to reduce your tax bill thanks to the UK's increasingly restrictive anti-avoidance legislation. Companies which set up, market and promote these schemes must inform the UK government of their plans, and as such the Revenue is in a position to negate their effectiveness very quickly.

We therefore work on the basis of using perfectly legitimate tax planning techniques which are worked in accordance with your overall business objectives and whose primary motive is not tax avoidance - merely the correct structuring of your business affairs to minimise the amount of tax you legally and legitimately have to pay.

Some firms may be happy to charge you a large fee for a scheme which may or may not work.  We won't.
